Terms of use
The short version. You can use ADHD Cleaning for your own home. Pro is a subscription managed by your app store, with a free trial on the yearly plan. Your photos and content are yours. The app is a helper, not medical care. Be decent in shared households.
1. Agreement
ADHD Cleaning (the "app") is developed and provided by Gurdeep Singh (the "developer", "we"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Where you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies and takes precedence where the two conflict.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own household. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its content, including the illustrations and voice recordings, except where the law allows.
3. Free and Pro
- The free version includes unlimited rooms and tasks, the focus timer, the can't-start flow, rescue modes, the shop and everything in it, one companion, share cards, one guided voice session to try, and a monthly allowance of photos, timelapses and AI breakdowns (of a task, a stuck step or a photo of a room).
- Pro unlocks guided voice sessions, unlimited photos and timelapses, the next task on the home-screen widget with a Start button, shortcuts that start a session from Siri or the app icon, a monthly recap, swapping between companions, unlimited use of the AI helpers, and creating a household with shared tasks and live sprints. One Pro covers the household you create; joining one is free.
- Pro is sold as a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. There is no monthly plan. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The trial converts to a paid year unless cancelled before it ends; the app also reminds you two days before that happens. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings; we cannot cancel it for you.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Your content
Photos, timelapses, task names and anything else you create stay yours. You give us only the limited permission needed to store household data on our server and to show it to the members of your household. Do not upload content you have no right to share, and do not add other people's photos to a shared household without their agreement.
5. Households and sprints
Anyone with your six-letter code can join your household until it is full. Share it with people you trust. We may remove households or content that are abusive, unlawful or used to harass someone.
6. The AI step helper
"Break it down" sends the task text you typed to our server and on to DeepSeek, an AI provider, and returns suggested steps. It asks for your permission the first time and sends nothing until you give it; you can withdraw that permission in Settings. Suggestions can be wrong or unsuitable; use your judgement, especially around chemicals, heights, electricity and appliances. There is a daily limit per device, and a daily limit across all users, so the helper can be unavailable for a while.
7. Not medical advice
The app supports household care. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or replace advice from a doctor, therapist or other professional.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove features, and may need to suspend server features for maintenance. Solo use works without the server. We may end the service with reasonable notice; your local data remains on your device and can be exported as a backup at any time.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, and our liability to you for any claim arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you breach these terms. Sections 4, 7, 9 and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which you reside, to the extent those laws apply to consumers, and otherwise by the laws of the developer's place of business. Questions and notices: proconverted@gmail.com.
